Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manger to join our team and help us transform business challenges into opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring our projects meet organizational goals and exceed stakeholder expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop business models, workflows, and system designs to improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
